Vagina Yonic Nest Home Decor: Nest of Femininity

This abstract vulva sculpture is an homage to our transformation into womanhood. The butterfly represents the metamorphosis of a girl into a woman and it is perched on a nest that represents the womb: a safe haven for precious objects. This art piece would be perfect for a shrine to femininity, to house a goddess idol, or to give as a menarche gift.

Nest measures 4” x 4”

Butterfly measures: 2” x 3.5”

Sculpture measures: 1” x .8”

The model for this piece is Adrastea.

Never made with a mold. Each Vulva pendant is the hand-sculpted clay original. We prefer clay to resin for its fleshy look and texture.

Because women don’t normally have a visual reference for what is normal ‘down there’. We can’t even see what we have! When we do have a visual reference it generally comes from porn in which women are chosen based on the shape of their Vulvas and are bleached, dyed, shaved and surgically altered. Porn Vulvas are like Chimeras, they do not exist in the natural world.
