Did you know that Monarch butterflies travel 5,000 miles a year in their annual migration? That’s some serious flight time for such tiny wings! Choose VulvaLoveLovely’s Butterfly, Genus Basht as your traveling companion, when you migrate towards your next stage in life.

This phenomenal butterfly-inspired Vulva art piece is sculpted in a brilliant pattern of orange and gold- with amazing gilded inner labia fit for a queen. She is dusted with an iridescent shimmer powder all over and has hand-carved detailing, accented in black, white and silver. Butterfly, Genus Basht: Vagina Pendant is mounted on a rose gold bail and hung on a rose gold chain embellished with crimson glass cathedral beads and golden freshwater pearls. The perfect gift for your free-spirited traveling friend, or the “monarch” of your household.

• Hung from a 21” rose gold plated chain
• Crowned with a rose gold plated bail
• Pendant measures 1.2” by 1.2”

The model for this piece is Basht. Hear her roar!
Her inner labia are reinforced with two hand-applied layers or resin and the entire piece is coated in a protective satin glaze.
Never made with a mold. Each Vulva pendant is the hand-sculpted clay original. We prefer clay to resin for its fleshy look and texture.

The Metamorphosis Collection

“When I first got my period at age 8 I had to keep it secret because I would get in trouble for growing up.”- Basht

First the ladies of VLL whipped it out: to show you there is no one perfect Vulva, we are all different and freaking fabulous at that.

Now they are speaking out: because we all feel differently about our bodies and that’s the way it should be. No one can tell you how to feel and you should never be ashamed of it. Own it, honor it.

Experience your own Metamorphosis.

Because women don’t normally have a visual reference for what is normal ‘down there’. We can’t even see what we have! When we do have a visual reference it generally comes from porn in which women are chosen based on the shape of their Vulvas and are bleached, dyed, shaved and surgically altered. Porn Vulvas are like Chimeras, they do not exist in the natural world.

We use real models to show women that no matter the shape every woman is beautiful. We use real models to show women there is no standard Vulva: they are all different and perfect as is. Bleaching is NOT required.
