De Los Muertos: Vulva Pendant

The Death tarot card is so often misrepresented. Instead of death, it often means that if there is a situation at hand that you cannot transform, you must be willing to let it go and make way for new growth.
Crafted in shimmering pale pink and lavender, with iridescent lavender, silver, and pink detailing, this gorgeous vulva was inspired by the sugar skulls of the Dia De Los Muertos holiday. The hand carved designs of the marigolds and spider webs add an adorable but gothy vibe to the outer labia, which ensconce the delicate lavender folds of the inner labia, framed by curvy lavender detailing. The pendant measures 1.3” by 1.3” and is mounted on a platinum-plated filigree bail, and hung from a 21” platinum-plated chain. The chain is accented by pale pink glass cathedral beads and little silver skulls with crowns of roses.

Never made with a mold. Each Vulva pendant is the hand-sculpted clay original. We prefer clay to resin for its fleshy look and texture.

Because women don’t normally have a visual reference for what is normal ‘down there’. We can’t even see what we have! When we do have a visual reference it generally comes from porn in which women are chosen based on the shape of their Vulvas and are bleached, dyed, shaved and surgically altered. Porn Vulvas are like chimeras, they do not exist in the natural world.

We use real models to show women that no matter the shape every woman is beautiful. We use real models to show women there is no standard Vulva: they are all different and perfect as is. Bleaching is NOT required.
